Unauthorized or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are securely processed through a trusted payment method.
You agree to provide accurate information during form submissions or transactions.
Misuse may result in service denial or cancellation.

We collect information such as your name, email, uploaded files, and text input through forms.
Your data is used solely to process and deliver the intended service.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
You retain ownership of uploaded content; we only use it for analysis and delivery.

Submitted content is analyzed and processed digitally to generate outputs.
Delivery may occur instantly or within 72 hours, depending on complexity and service type.
All services are digital. No physical goods will be delivered.
Final outputs may be shared as downloads, on-screen results, or emailed documents.

Payments are generally considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Undelivered or failed service
- Significant mismatch from promised output
To request a refund:
- Use the email or contact number provided in your final document/report.
- Mention your name, submission ID, and reason for request.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 7 working days.
